Duties Include:-Experimenting and Developing processes to create new products-Development and implementation of proprietary SOPs and job aides for Super Critical C02 extraction and (SPD), (WFD). purging processes and equipment maintenance utilizing effective GMPs-Developing methodologies and work flow itineraries to scale up extraction processes to meet company goals in a cost effective, efficient and safe practice.-Researching, modifying, designing and purchasing extraction equipment and ancillary devices to achieve greater workflow efficiency and to meet upward scaling demand goals.-Maintaining extraction equipment, purging equipment and general facility equipment.-Logging process data points and compiling quantitative data to isolate controllable variables to enhance process development.-Training employees on various hydrocarbon extraction and purging methods.-Packaging and portioning of finished products.
