I grew up in Marietta, GA and I currently attend Auburn University, where I am pursuing a Hospitality management degree with a minor in business administration and a passion for hospitality and customer service. Currently, I'm fortunate to be honing my skills in the industry while working at The Burgess Hotel as a Front Desk Agent, Bellhop, and Valet.Throughout my academic journey, I have been trained in the dynamic world of hospitality management, exploring various facets of leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. My coursework has equipped me with a solid foundation in hospitality and business principles, preparing me to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing professional world.At The Burgess Hotel, I've been fortunate to have a many different roles that has allowed me to gain invaluable insights into the hospitality industry. As a Front Desk Agent, I have learned the art of creating memorable guest experiences by providing warm and efficient customer service. My role as a Bellhop has taught me the importance of attention to detail, ensuring that guests' needs are met from the moment they arrive.
