My role within this job involved administration and accounting work. On a daily basis, I would ensure all the farmers’ accounts were balanced and make sure all receipts and payments were up to date. I was also in charge of pricing up all the transport costs, while ensuring all the information was stored correctly on the accounts of each transport company. This role involved direct communication with each farmer and transport company to ensure everything was running smoothly.

My main duties within this role were working behind the cash desk & acting as a point of customer service. My main responsibilities included dealing with all cash deposits & withdrawals, ensuring all cash was accounted for at all times, dealing with customer complaints & initiating sales pitches to potential customers.

During my time in this role, I got an insight into how sports products & supplements were produced, packaged and sold. My key roles within this company were packaging products such as whey protein, sports drinks & energy shots.
