Account Executive
Current- Plan, direct, coordinate and execute all sales related activities for securing profitablecontracts that utilize RCC’s cash to card solution.- Develop in collaboration with RCC Senior Management, pricing strategies, salespriorities and tactics to secure contracts and achieve RCC’s growth and profitabilitygoals.- Determine marketing strategies and needs for successfully promoting RCC’s cash tocard solution.- Develop and provide compelling sales presentations to convert interest into actionablecontracts.- Work with all internal stakeholders to ensure visibility into the sales pipeline whileunderstanding operational limitations and helping to identify opportunities in order tomanage client expectations for success.- Analyze Key Performance Indicator results and make recommendations for continuousimprovement in all processes.- Actively record all business activities within the approved CRM system and reportprogress to goals as required.- Participate in business development meetings that focus on:o Sales pipeline reviewo Performance review of current installationso Strategic partnership updateso Sales plan to actual results/measurement
