My primary responsibilities were the following:1.To facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies of the organization.2.Increase revenue generation ,reduce costs.3.Perform risk mitigation.4.Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.5.Leverage data and analytic to drive insights.6.Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.In short my job is to develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention.

My responsibilities were to:1.Coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operations and activities of the church.2.Supervise and manage all the support staff in the church3.Conduct periodic formal performance evaluations of staff and assist in goal-setting4.Advise and assist the church leadership5. Facilitate the effective ministry of the Senior Pastor by serving him with excellence, in a spirit of Christ-likeness, teamwork and cooperation6.Conducting publicity and advertising activities.7.Provide final authority in any day-to-day purchases and financial decisions.8.Provide long Range planning (financial, facility, scheduling).9. Assist in various special projects under taken by the senior pastor or departments/ministries within the church10.Managing the pastor’s schedules, calendar and all appointments and carry out any other assignment from the Senior Pastor
