Hey there, thanks for checking out my profile!University wasn't for me. I was the 'C' grade average kid who loved using my imagination and enjoyed building stuff. Out of high-school, I went to trade school and became certified in Landscape Construction. I spent approximately 8 years in the trade (and absolutely loved it), before an opportunity presented itself for me to start my own business! (and no, it's not in Landscape Construction!) I now have the amazing privilege of joining construction companies on their journey to help develop their people (Leadership Development) and tell their story (Marketing)! Recruitment Marketing is something the construction industry desperately needs, and we're here with a unique approach to help solve the workforce challenge.We've partnered with Professional Leadership Institute (PLI) to provide practical leadership development sessions for construction companies and their teams.
