*Introduction Into The World of IT*My first role in the IT world, working with a team of experienced and driven technicians. Had the opportunity to grow and learn in the role, expanding my skill set in many many aspects of the IT landscape. Being able to utilize introductory skills like Office 365, AD, Windows Server software while implementing more impactful skills sets around network database theory, as well the practical side of setting up firewalls, switches, routers and other level 1/2 hardware objects.Additionally, the role had over the phone remote support, as well as on-site follow up on customer problems. Using network diagnostic software to support a close range of third party partners, running their servers remotely, backing up network drives and providing on site support for their devices.This extensive range of jobs within the business allowed me to grow quickly, pick up a strong set of skills and know-how on the IT world and also provided me with the best possible first look at the future career I want to follow.
