Acting as Chef Traci des Jardins culinary leison, I ensured food quality, as well as assisted in times of need through the 5 resturants owned by Chef Jardins, including two Stand alone, one in The Ritz-Carlton, and two with Bon Appetite.In addition to traveling between the operations, I acted as chef in charge of large parties as well as menu development throught the company
