Dylan Moore is an in-house attorney with more than seven years of experience counseling executives and senior leadership at JBS USA, a leading global food manufacturing business, as well as its publicly-traded subsidiary, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation. He provides business-focused guidance on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as commercial transactions, and litigation. Dylan also currently serves as a Trial Counsel in the Army National Guard. As Assistant General Counsel at JBS, Dylan negotiates key commercial contracts with national and global businesses, such as equipment manufacturers, technology companies, and customers. He develops proactive mitigation strategies that reduce risk while promoting growth, guiding several business units toward efficient and effective compliance. Focused on anticipating and addressing risk prior to escalation, Dylan proactively advises HR and executives on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, such as the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, Title VII, and USERRA, and develops and presents company-wide trainings. He devises litigation strategy aligned with overall business goals, with emphasis on streamlining operations and costs. Dylan also works with outside counsel to strategically manage commercial disputes, antitrust matters, and employment litigation. As a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard, he counsels commanders on administrative actions, fiscal law, government contracting, and ethics, as well as Army regulations, policy, and operational law.Dylan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island, where he graduated summa cum laude.
