• Oversees and coordinates the Department’s youth and adult basketball leagues.• Coordinates specialty youth and adult classes/programs not limited to open gym, yoga, karate, mother’s group, little tykes/mighty mites basketball, kiddie T-ball, wrestling, football, field scheduling, pickleball, etc. • Coordinates special events including County Fair, May Carnival, Old Dominion train rides, Earth Day, Photography Contest, Arts/Movies in the Park, etc. • Plans and coordinates summer sports camp activities. • Assists customers with registration needs, loading/unloading equipment rentals, and set- up/clean-up for facility rentals. • Supervises, schedules, and assigns duties to part-time staff during programs. • Collects and compiles information for Parks and Recreation’s Program Guide. • Conducts regular evaluations with program participants, volunteers, and staff to ensure maximum participant satisfaction. • Develops and implements strategic and tactical business plans for all programs administered. • Creates and maintains program records and reports. • Assists with design and execution of marketing and promotional efforts for programs administered. • Develops programs for specific needs and interest groups

-Assist with execution of all sponsored promotions (on and off-site)-Liaison to Radford University's athletic department and corporate sponsors on game days-Host clients and guests for unique behind the scenes experience (hospitality events, tours, etc.)-Assist in the development of sponsorship proposals -Design and prepare post-season sponsor recaps including all proof of performance collateral -Maintain updates on progression of set terms in sponsorship contracts-Take photographic evidence of paid sponsorships and activities -Assist staff with all department administrative needs
