To direct, organise, encourage and demonstrate best practise approach in others.To ensure compliance to food safety and audit requirements. Management of the sites hygiene and allergen validations.Management of the sites hygiene budgets including but not limited to labour, chemicals, consumables, ATP swabbing, environmental swabbing, specialist cleaning contractors, laundry providers, equipment hire companies and facility management contractors.
