CurrentAs the Program Director for the New York Bisons Basketball Club, I lead our teams with a focus on player development, program logistics, and community engagement. My role encompasses:Program Management:- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our basketball program.- Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the growth and success of our teams.Player Development:- Working closely with coaches to create comprehensive training programs.- Ensuring each athlete receives personalized attention to enhance their skills and performance.Parent and Community Engagement:- Maintaining open and transparent communication with parents.- Building strong relationships within the community to support our program and players.Compliance and Administration:- Ensuring adherence to all AAU guidelines and regulations.- Managing program finances, including budgeting, fundraising, and sponsorship acquisition.With a commitment to excellence and a passion for basketball, I strive to create an environment where young athletes can thrive both on and off the court.
