NC3 was the general contractor building the Hexo marijuana facility in Belleville ON. The project was a multi-million dollar build consisting of over 100 workers and 10 different sub trades. As the site supervisor I was responsible for ensuring all work is coordinated and gets completed safely and on schedule. Held daily trade coordination meetings as well as worked very closely with the client and engineers to ensure the project was complete to client satisfaction. Provided project manager with take offs and quotes for extra work on site.
