Avail is a social app which helps you find and connect with your friends who are available for whatever it might be. The app offers a carefully chosen set of features that power the "avails", which are basically signals of one's availability, broadcast to their chosen audience. But the app was also designed to avoid some of the pitfalls of traditional social media such as the infinite scroll and forums for anonymous commentary.It's built on Expo, React Native, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and Heroku.

Wisp (hellowisp.com, acquired by WELL Health Technologies in Sep 2021) is a telehealth company focused on treating women's reproductive health issues.I was as a hybrid manager/individual contributor on a team of 6 engineers. My contributions included full stack web development, devops, growing the team, delegation/prioritization of work, and reporting updates to executives.
