My first job consisted of assembly work at Franklin Sensors. As simple as my work was, I decided to take pride in it by doing the best work I could. I continued to climb the ladder, eventually being chosen to work in a small repair line where I assisted my colleagues with my soldering and diagnostic skills. By the end of that summer, I had trained three other workers to proficiently repair complex and delicate electronics, organizing our efforts to maximize productivity.Soon after returning to work after graduating in 2023, I was brought onto the engineering team where I worked alongside other experienced engineers to learn and develop new systems to be implemented in future products.
