KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work directly and indirectly with employer-sponsors in need of our services as well as prospective clients- Keep adequate records about relationships with existing employer-sponsors and prospective clients- Handle invoicing and collections, as needed- Any administrative tasks delegated by both the President and Principal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Creating/maintaining time blocking regimen with colleagues to increase efficiencies amongst departments and mitigate cost overruns. - Working cooperatively with management to actively seek ways to further my understanding of the business and the relationship with the consumer. - Understanding the nature of the consumer needs and proactively exploring ways to exceed expectations.

Upon being hired as a “buyer trainee” I quickly immersed myself in the day-to-day workings associated with the vintage clothing business. My interest was recognized very early and I soon moved up to Strategic Buyer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Staying current on the fluid pricing which exists in vintage clothing.- Researching trend and understanding seasonality.- Maintaining expectations around money management.- Meeting and interacting with patrons.

Social chairmanship is a critical role in every fraternal organization. The demands by interested parties are often not in concert with practical realities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Leading a team focused on several events during the calendar year and creating an environment where team members felt valued for contributions.- Soliciting and aggregating group consensus on key items associated with each event. - Establishing a working budget which was in-line with leadership expectations.- Coordinating the needed approvals of governing bodies and proactively communicating successes and concerns with those interested parties.

In this role I was assisting the Co-Founder/CEO of the company in everyday productivity. I was responsible for being on hand for any kind of project that they needed assistance on. Along with that I had my day to day responsibilities five days a week that included constant communication with their team members in order to maintain efficiency throughout the day.
