Hello! Currently I am employed as a 5th generation advanced fighter integrated avionics technician for the United States Air Force. I have grown to become a subject matter expert on the MQ9 reaper UAV. In my role, I began as a worker bee, maintaining complex aircraft systems such as flight controls, electrical and environmental systems, radar, electro-optical imaging systems, satellite communication systems, all while performing launch and recovery operations to meet missions requirements. As I’ve progressed in my career, I have taken on a role to not only perform my duties, but supervise and train my peers to perform at their highest level and ensuring success. I joined the military a little later than most, prior to joining I had a diverse background in employment from home renovations, restaurant services, and several other jobs. This experience has given me a positive outlook on different jobs and dynamics of different work environments. Throughout all experiences, I’ve come to believe in promoting a healthy work environment by being professional but fun and lifting up your members around you. I’ve began to expand my career, I’ve received a General Radio operators license, and have pursued a further education. I’m currently working towards and almost finished with an Associates in science, with aspirations to aschieve a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
