Supervised a four person crew in the pier installation and leveling process of residential and commercial structures. Handled all aspects of crew operations.

Customer Service:- Assist customers in order quotations and placement, as well as address any questions or concerns.Shipping:- Create Packing Slips and/or Bill of Ladings by customer P.O. specifications via Quickbooks (Mfg. & Wholesale).- Prepare shipping labels and equipment Material Data Package including Material Test Reports (MTR'S), Company Certification of Compliance, and Data Package Cover.- Arrange for Pick up and delivery of equipment and parts by coordinating with appropriate carriers.Records:- Keep records of all incoming and outgoing shipments- Receive newly arrived products and their corresponding serial numbers into the company system inventory via Quickbooks (Mfg. & Wholesale).- Keep record of facility expenses and submit monthly expense report to the Accounting Department.Billing:- Create invoice via Quickbooks (Mfg. & Wholesale) according to packing slip specifications and send to customer.Weekly Collections:- Run collections report in Quickbooks, and contact all customers in a friendly manner regarding their past due invoices in an attempt to establish a payment status.
