I'm a young, dedicated, hard working individual. I attended GTCC and graduated with an Associates Degree in 2013. Within a week I was already working as a full-time engineer at a small company in Colfax called Ramco. I stayed with Ramco for almost 9 years doing a little bit of everything: Engineering, Project Management, Quality Control, Estimating, IT Troubleshooting, Website Design, and Google Ads Management.In early 2022 I decided to make the leap into enterprise-level IT with Cone Health where I've focused on a more technical career. I currently troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with onboarding vendor equipment, manage support tickets, projects and customer satisfaction, all while continuing to learn and grow at a supercharged pace.----------I am excited about the future of technology and the opportunities it presents for personal and professional growth.
