Through this opportunity I was able to refine the skills I was learning in school as well as learn all sorts of new things. I really grew through this because it showed me what real world programming was like. I saw the improvements in our code base helping the business as a whole.

For this job I worked with the lighting designer to help set up lights for different shows and also did routine maintenance for the theatre. This internship was a great hands on experience to learn while doing some hard work as well.

I was an intern with a traveling performance group so this job required of me a technical mentality and a constant need to solve problems. I grew in my technical skills a tremendous amount through this experience. We used software to assist us with the timing of the 80 cast member moving around the stage.
