Furthermore, they guide guests to appropriate locations for ranch activities and dining, answering questions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additional duties encompass organizing the activities lawn, conducting historical and property tours, supporting various departments as needed, responding to guest requests, and participating in housekeeping and cleaning tasks. Proficiency with the Point of Sale system, as well as delivering supplies and linens using provided vehicles, is essential. Upholding Emerald Valley Ranch's policies, procedures, and safety guidelines is a top priority, alongside any other duties assigned for the seamless operation of the ranch.
