Project Managed a large high end 5 bed 5 bath beachfront residence.

Stuck is a fast, reliable and affordable roadside assistance service delivered to customers via a mobile App. My role focus is to establish and develop new relationships with executives from automotive service providers/suppliers across Australia whilst raising awareness of Stuck's service offering. Stuck has been successful in onboarding 200+ major service providers within a 6 month period, fuelling the growth of the business whilst improving service delivery to customers. In addition to business development I'm responsible for leading a team of professionals who are tasked with providing marketing and sales support, as well as training and product integration for new partners.

As Franchisee, I built and managed the business growing it into a successful entity turning over in excess of $1.9m annually. Day to day I was responsible for the hiring, management and ongoing professional development of a team of 6 staff including Fitters, Mechanics and a Store Manager. During my tenure I was successful in increasing business turnover by 20% by establishing corporate accounts with industry leaders including RAC, RJ Vincent and Orbital, amongst others. After 6 years with the business I decided to sell up and move into the technology sector.

I built Clean Concepts from scratch, growing it into an entity turning over in excess of $1m annually. My main focus was ongoing business development. We were successful in picking up several key accounts including Network Rail, the British Chamber of Commerce, Big Yellow Self Storage, and McKinsey & Company, amongst others. Day to day I hired, trained and managed our 20+ staff as well as the ongoing financial peformance of the company. After 7 years the company was successfully acquired by a larger group.

From 1999 through to 2001, I completed a number of IT related contracts for clients across the travel and leisure, sports media, and local government sectors. My focus was web design and development, as well as front end programming.

With SMA, I was responsible for Project managing the completion of work packages across a wide range of civil projects including residential housing, roads, water, sewerage infrastructure, and stormwater systems.
