- My family knew the owner, so I worked closely with him and got a good experience with understanding financing and managing different types of businesses. He owned over 10 businesses, so there was a lot of diversity. - Worked in almost every part of the restaurant from bartending,serving, working in the kitchen/expo, and also being in charge as a manager. The manager role taught me the most because as the youngest manager there it could be difficult to get employees motivated. - I was in charge of ordering and keeping up of finances regarding all Liquor, beer, and generally all of the alcohol sales. This was a listthat was well over 300 different items that was changing constantly,so having a good and consistent system was crucial.
