Project Coordinator
CurrentAs Project Coordinator, I oversee the management of construction and maintenance projects for both residential and commercial properties. Part of my role is to liaise and maintain relationships with our clients and subcontractors. I am effective in this position because I enjoy challenging myself by finding new ways to manage expenses and increase profit margins. - Managing, coordinating, and quality-assuring, short and long term,multi-stage, construction and maintenance projects - Maintaining positive relationships with clients and sub-contractors, and tenants where necessary - Maintaining a high accuracy and efficiency of data entry and database management - Extensive use of our database system and creating ways to integrate with Excel sheets to report specific data to separate parties - Managing project expenses to ensure that KPI's and profit margins were not only met but exceeded
