I am currently Assistant Manager at Cardiff East Enterprise branch. My role consists of the day-to-day running of a branch that involves maximising revenue whilst minimising costs. I also have the responsibility to develop my employees as well as myself through regular training and follow ups. I deal with a number of different mixture of customers, businesses, dealerships and insurance companies which requires flexibility and excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. I also have the responsibility to grow the business through strong marketing campaigns and findiing leads by speaking to a number of customers/businesses. I manage corporate accounts and ensure that we retain clients as well as taking new ones. I also have a vast experience of chasing debt from our clients to ensure we are paid on time. The role requires a large amount of durability as it is long hours and fast paced. It is a highly volatile line of business so having flexibility and the ability to be proactive has helped me to success in the role I believe that I have adapted the company mission which is to be 'The best transportation service provider in the world'.

The role was an introduction into business management. The role was sales and customer service focused. I also had allocated accounts to do marketing and to help grow the business.

This role consisted of casework within legal aid issues. These included very complex issues including family law matters and domestic violence cases. My role was to look at each individual case and apply the relevant guidance/law to ensure the correct support was given to any given case. The role was a dual language role which consisted of both Welsh and English language cases. Due to being a Welsh language speaker I had the honour of getting involved with our translating department to draft guidences.
