Responsible for managing the lifecycle of emerging Cloud-based technologies. This included understanding market trends in order to identify and communicate opportunities; developing technology strategies; running proofs of concept of emerging technologies and planning and executing on projects to rapidly deliver promising capabilities to market.

Responsible for the fulfilment and assurance solutions within the Cloud Engineering architecture. In addition was responsible for the end to end architectural solution for a number of key Cloud initiatives as well as the development of various strategies.

Responsible for the technology management of various components within the Messaging Engineering Domain at Telstra, including the Multimedia Message Service (MMS) Switch, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) gateway and prepaid and postpaid self-care applications. This included implementations for new initiatives, lifecycle management activities such as upgrades, route cause analysis of issues and delivery of fixes.

Various roles including:- Developing prototypes of emerging technologies- Modelling the propagation of radio networks for emerging mobile standards - Defining and analysing performance metrics for mobile internet (WAP) network components, determining bottlenecks and devising solutions to improve overall performance
