Solutions Architect
Current• Lead consultations, needs assessments, design, implementation, configuration, and training for Microsoft solutions related to SharePoint sites, security, and compliance for clients with up to 20,000+ employees• Hire, train, and manage a team of 5 Junior Solutions Architects responsible for software migrations• Partner with CEO & CTO to develop and implement strategic plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales to provide technical assessments, upselling, and increase overall revenue• Track and manage project KPIs such as timelines, billing hours, and satisfaction with highly positive feedback and an average client satisfaction rate of 4.3 out of 5• Develop security strategy and configurations for clients to successfully improve Microsoft secure score metric by an average of 35%+• Create documentation of processes related to security and programming to increase efficiency• Serve as Microsoft Solutions Trainer; facilitating professional client training on security, compliance, and administration centers (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Teams, Microsoft Identity/Azure)• Reduced third-party contracts for training, resulting in annual cost savings
