The company was primarily paper based and therefore I quickly researched and implemented project management software to assist in more accurately tracking workflow, materials used, expenses and revenue on each project. Also, instituted a more efficient pick-up and delivery routing system. The main point of contact for our corporate customers, such as: Venetian, Palazzo, MGM Signature, New York New York, Wynn, Encore, Cosmopolitan, Sahara, Four Seasons, numerous hospitals and many local restaurants and bars.Handled all aspects of renovation or furniture repair projects, which entails coordinating with designers, estimators, general contractors, facilities directors etc., gathering all the pertinent information needed for drafting bids, sourcing materials, selecting subcontractors and monitoring all the phases of production to ensure our deadlines are always met.Supervising 15 employees so as to monitor and maintain the quality of work for both our corporate and residential customers.
