Reporting to the Line Service Manager, the Line Service Supervisor provides supervision to line support, assists with the effective performance of line service operations, and assists with overseeing facility safety compliance. Safely and accurately conducts flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure all line personnel, customers, and vendors on the line are conducting activities in a safe, secure, and timely manner. Work with Trainer, Line Service Manager, and Safety/Security Coordinator to ensure Line Service Technicians are motivated and fulfilling obligations. Ensure radio and written communications between line and base are accurate, complete, timely, and ensure all paperwork is completed. Conduct all line service operations in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements. Responsible for knowing, understanding, following, promoting, and continuously improving current safety regulations, Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and SQMS reports. Complete and maintain required fuel an equipment logs/paperwork. Ensure that ground service, fueling, and hangar equipment/supplies are in a safe and working manner. Overseeing all of Sunday production with emphasis on lighting design and programming. Coordinates and implements multiple stage designs and set changes throughout the year and prepares for needed changes from week to week.Coordinates with Student Ministries to design and change stage sets multiple times annually.Provides lighting designs and programming for all Worship Center events as needed.Collaborates with the Production Director to develop and maintain the annual stage/lighting budget.Serves on the Media Design Team to collaborate on series designs from Ideation to Evaluation, then creates and coordinates stage designs with team members.Recruits and trains qualified volunteers to provide coverage for running lights during services and special events as needed.Serve as light board operator a minimum of two Sundays each month.Prepares and implements a schedule for a team of volunteers to build out stage and lighting designs.Ensures that all platform spaces are clean and in order. This includes sweeping, mopping, and painting regularly.Ensures that all stage elements, props, furniture, etc. are on stage and in place for services.Ensures that all gear is cleaned and maintained regularly.Completes projects and performs other duties as assigned.
