During my time in Spain, I worked in a public school setting alongside bilingual educators in the subjects of Mathematics, Geography and History, Geography and History, Physical Education, and Music. In my role, I assisted teachers in providing comprehensible input and other theory-based ESL instruction, in addition to preparing learning experiences pertaining to North American culture and history.

During my final semester, I completed a student teaching experience under the supervision of Mr. Kevin Lyons. During this period, I was responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans and materials to engage students in the foreign language, access and catelog student work, carry out student discipline policy, and communicate professionally with administrators and parents.
