Compared company results to industry averages and identified risks and opportunities. -Presented findings to executive management for further consideration. -Metrics analyzed for review include per unit operating costs across BG portfolio to highlight higher and lower performing assets.-Prepared department level forecast templates and reviewed with department heads. Analysis included downloading income statements and transaction level detail from the General Ledger and calculating full year projections based on run rates of current year actuals while also considering full year budget.-Prepared a detailed payroll analysis that reconciled current staff to budget and discussed hiring plans for balance of year. Analysis became the starting point for next year's budget. -Updated Excel templates to facilitate monthly financial review of social service programs.-Created a pivot table in Excel from General Ledger data to assist Controller in reviewing all the invoices entered by Accounts Payable staff by date and vendor.
