• Door to Door and street face to face fundraising for The Australian Red Cross & The Fred Hollows Foundation.• Collection of sensitive materials (i.e. personal information, bank accounts and credit card numbers) to facilitate ongoing monthly direct debit donations to charity.• Training, organization & supervision of new and existing staff on an ongoing basis. Both in an office environment and in the field, including logistics and leadership for road trips out of state. Collation of all donation forms and processing those forms for transfer to head office.

• Inbound & outbound fundraising calls for a variety of charity organizations including Amnesty International, The Heart Foundation & Baker IDI• Calls included Conversion of One-off donors to regular monthly donors, Re-activation of previous donors whose donations have expired/cancelled & Conversion of doorknockers/petition signers to regular donors.• Data entry of personal details including BSB numbers, account details and credit card numbers.
