• Managed a team of 10+ mediations analysts• Delivered headcount expectations to senior management and hired new employees• Worked closely with Senior Counsel to determine responsibilities and needs of my team• Maintained an intimate understanding and familiarity with new legislation impacting Oregon Foreclosure Avoidance Program (OFAP).• Brainstormed, mapped out, and instituted processes by which the firm could efficiently serve the needs of various clients while upholding firm ethical standards and remaining compliant with the law.• Trained attorneys on what problems or questions they were likely to encounter at mediation conferences, and gathered, documented, and analyzed information received from these conferences to proactively address potential issues• Developed contacts with the Mediation Case Manager, informing and educating them on the practical reality the law was creating for the lenders. • HIGHLIGHT: Drafted changes to permanent rules resources which effectively clarified questions left open by Oregon Senate Bill 558. Changes were eventually implemented by Oregon civil authorities, and efforts resulted in making the OFAP program more successful and accessible for all participants.
