I’m currently working as STAFF Equipment at Honda Marysville Auto plant. I currently teach Fanuc and Motorman Robots and well as fix any issues with equipment along side maintenance during production.I been at Honda for a total of Seven years, three with temp service as a mig welder and production associate. After getting hired on, I got promoted to Operator for Fanuc welding robots. After a year of being Operator I got promoted to equipment Staff and was trained in-house for 23 weeks on motor man and Fanuc. Three months into my promotion, I got moved from weld shop to the assembly line to run sealer robots for glass(Motorman) and quarter glass(Fanuc). Currently still running glass and quarter glass.

After getting hired in with Honda I became the mic welder trainer for new hires, since I was the main welder for three years as a Temporary worker with Adecco.

Cleaned up Mig Weld Robots that caused blow holes,cold welds, cracked welds and no hood two sheet welds. As well as work on the production line installing trunks, hoods, fenders, and other parts and bolts.
