Architected the mobile solution for the mLevel platform. This includes the ability to deploy to multiple devices and OSes (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Windows Store(desktop), WebGL, and Web(plugin)) using the Unity platform. Created multiple native solutions for Unity to inter-operate with each native device. Lead the development team which maintains the mLevel mobile client solution. This includes working closely with the server side and design teams to integrating feature requests into the current platform as well as maintaining the mobile client deployments using continuous integration.

Architect/Technical lead for enterprise and commercial applications.Architect / Team Lead, Avanade - (Large electronics manufacturer), 2012Dylan took over the solution architect role of a commercial application in a very short amount of time. He managed the resource schedule and led planning for each sprint with a nine member offshore team in India. After joining the team, Dylan refined the development process to prevent major issues and ensure deliverables were completed on time while providing high level designs, and technical leadership for the offshore team.Architect / Team Lead, Avanade - (Large retail client) 2011 - 2012Joined a team comprised of business analysts to create and refine a retail shipping process.He defined, and enforced proper software development practices from general requirements to implementation streamlining the development cycle.While leading the onshore development team, Dylan grew the capability of junior resources on the team, by helping them increase their technical and customer communication skills.Dylan selected the appropriate development technologies and defined the conceptual and logical architectures.
