While in the Netherlands I also spent time at Creative Fabrica as a Community Team Lead.Prior to this, I was based in Berlin working with my current company the global chauffeur service Blacklane GmbH in their Berlin office in various positions: Team Lead, Senior Concierge and Customer Concierge in the Customer Care department over a four year period.I hold an bachelors degree in Business Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology, completing my four years of study as of May 2018.During my studies, I travelled abroad to HTW Berlin on the Erasmus+ exchange programme. As part time jobs during my studies, I was employed at LIDL (Customer Assistant) and Emerald Park (Sky Walk assistant and Zipline Operator).
