Welcome to my LinkedIn page! My name is Dylan Sheavils and I am a first year student at Griffith University studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. I have previously worked in customer service-based and warehousing roles including my current employment at PetCircle.I enjoy working in team environments but I’m also able to confidently work on my own too. I always keep a positive attitude and make sure everything is done and completed to a high standard. I have encountered many skills in my past and current roles including verbal and written communication, customer data confidentiality, customer service, efficient and detail-oriented, upselling products and services, budgeting, rostering, POS systems and ordering platforms, problem-solving abilities, Microsoft Office expertise, and order and refund processing. At the end of my degree I am looking to go into the accounting industry.
