Hey there I'm Dylan, a highly driven BSc Sports and Exercise Nutrition graduate with an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) degree in BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Nutrition.During my studies, I built expertise in the biochemistry and physiology of nutrition for health, exercise and sports performance. In addition, I learned about practical nutritional strategies to promote dietary behaviour change. Whilst this knowledge equipped me with the core competencies to empower lifestyle changes for well-being and sports performance, surprisingly, it also sparked an interest in sustainable food supply and the potential power of plant-based foods for health and sports performance.
