I'm a driven and dynamic individual who enjoys being challenged with projects and tasks that require problem solving.I’m a former Victim Advocate Coordinator with the Kansas National Guard. I was in charge of training/outreach, tracking unit training, instructing annual/semi annual retaliation training and sexual assault prevention training. Frequently coordinating with community resources, non profits, and state/federal resources for victim support.I have extensive background in data management, instructing training exercises, conflict resolution and mentorship of at risk juveniles. I have also developed a diverse background in crime analysis techniques, supervision of inmates and high value detainees. Frequently documenting disciplinary/observational reports. I’m proficient in analyst notebook and determining physical/digital security vulnerabilities utilizing quantitative & qualitative data.I also have experience collecting/documenting/analyzing physical and digital evidence. Mass collecting criminological data, developing correctional facility statistics and leading presentations of office findings to senior US Army leaders. Published Soldier Bulletins for staff situational awareness and training. In addition, valuable knowledge in determining security issues within a correctional facility that has resulted in policy changes to insure the safety and security of personnel.
