  I Collaborated with 3 other people to assist the program manager with an important project to update and modernize the current data system, to ensure the proper function of the business.I used Microsoft Excel to save customer information for later exportation to a central database.I called 40+ established customers a day during a 3-month period, helping them update to new database system, using remote desktop when necessary.
