Current• Assist customers with setting up payment plans for large oil bills in order to help them pay them downwhilst also being able to continue delivering to them• Process customer payments via debit card, credit card or ACH• Assist customers with inquiries, disputes, concerns• Schedule oil deliveries and services ranging from annual tune ups to emergency oil deliveries due tocustomer running out of oil• Worked with other departments to assist customers in varied situations• Asked to train new employees shortly after I started as they would come in due to my speed in pickingeverything up• Worked hybrid remote and able to keep up with quotas even whilst in a remote environment• Consistently met expectations of employer and then some• Handling high call volumes on a daily basis
