I am looking to change career fields from culinary to casualty adjustment. I received myCA-All X WC license, effective as of 12/24/20. While I have not worked any jobs directly within the insurance industry, there are many skills that I learned from the culinary industry that would be effective in casualty adjustment applications. The culinary industry taught me critical thinking, ideal customer service, management techniques, and the ability to quickly adapt to and overcome rapidly developing issues.
