I manage the daily operations, quality assurance, and performance metrics of our team, ensuring that we deliver timely and accurate services to our clients.I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Emporia State University, where I am learning the fundamentals of business management, accounting, marketing, and finance. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge and skills to real-world problems and challenges.
