Helping to create a fun and functional atmosphere. Preparing the studio for incoming classes and assisting the Painting Instructor with pre-class duties. During Instruction, assisting customers with painting concepts and provided necessary materials as needed. Cleanup of studio and preparations for next class.

Lead a team of eight, designers and non-designers alike, to produce and format the assets for a printed publication. Structured and mediated the processes and content tracking methods used in the program. Created training materials to be used in teaching InDesign and tracking methods to those with little to no design experience.
