During my time as Volunteer Coordinator I wore a lot of hats. Due to outdated policies and procedures I and created a new set of training and orientation materials tailored to the new layout of the Sun City Library. The Sun City Library was not currently accepting volunteers prior to my promotion, so it fell on me to begin interviewing and training volunteers. I began running group orientation and training sessions for the newly restarted volunteer program. I scheduled and supervised a team of over 25 volunteers ranging from teen volunteers, adult, and special needs. During my involvement with our teen volunteers myself along with the former teen programmer created the Teen Advisory Board; an after school program for teens to directly influence what library materials we would be choosing. We had Bi-Weekly meetings in-which we would discuss what materials our appointed members would like to see in our library. There was also a book-club that ran alongside TAB, in which each member would recommend the reading for the meeting.

I worked with both customers coming in to purchase shoes; as well as tagging and working a POS system.Store closed due to COVID-19, I was laid off as a result.
