After a three step regression analysis, the results were concluded. Happiness would predict creativity, risk taking and goal approach behaviors regardless of the mediation of social affiliation and stress. In other words, if an individual is happy, these outcomes will be predicted.Recently, the poster below was presented at Slippery Rock University's Research Symposium. The poster was also presented at the Western Pennsylvania Undergraduate Psychology Conference 2014.I am now in the editing phase of the research paper. My current goal is to edit the paper to sufficient quality so it can be published over the 2014 Summer in the Journal of Happiness Studies.

I am currently helping a PhD candidate on his dissertation. Specifically, I am using Qualitative Methods to find common themes within the interviews that he has performed. Additionally, every so often, the other researchers and I have a meeting. We then work together to find common themes and agree on if a theme should stay or go. Once we have completed an interview, we then evaluate the interview on a health analysis. We look to see if the client has met their goals or how close they have come. We also analyze if they did not meet their goals, what kept them from their goal or what helped them to achieve it as well.

I have received a graduate assistant ship as the Intramural Coordinator for Chatham University. My duties range from organizing large groups of people into teams, to collecting signatures, making sure people follow a strict list of rules, to making sure everything goes well and no harm comes to any of the student athletes.
