I am excited to apply for the position of Lacrosse Coach at Cumberlands Men’s Lacrosse. With my extensive experience in lacrosse and my passion for coaching, I am confident that I am the ideal candidate for this position.Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in all aspects of the sport with everything from game-day preparation, scouting, player development to laundry. Throughout my 21 years of playing experience, I have played each position at a high level which has given me a comprehensive understanding of the game and the ability to provide valuable insights to all of my players.During my time as a student assistant for Keiser Men’s Lacrosse program, I have had the opportunity to learn from a talented coaching staff, who allowed me the opportunity to assist with developing practice plans, managing drills, running film, and warming up goalies for practice and games. I have also been responsible for overseeing room checks, ensuring the team is well-prepared and organized for all upcoming games.One of my primary responsibilities as a student assistant for Keiser Men’s lacrosse program has been to watch game film and create game day scouts. I take pride in my ability to analyze and break down game footage to provide our team with a winning game plan.In addition, I have operated the substitution box during games to allow the players to flow on and off the field. Along with the substitution box my tasks included but were not limited to assisting with laundry, including washing, drying, and assembling game day kits. These tasks may seem minor, but they are essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the team and the success of the players on the field.I am a dedicated coach who is passionate about helping players reach their full potential.
