My main duties were to perform testing and processing, with a variety of analytical tools, on beef and pork products for the purpose of identifying health hazards (e.g., bacteria, mold, etc.). In doing so, I designed and coded systems to promote hazard identification efficiency and efficacy. I also supervised, enforced, and educated 300 staff members on complicated quality control procedures including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and WorkSafeBC.

Individuals would call into the transit centre and a customer information clerk would automatically be connected and would assist the client. General route information, specific route information, and specific bus information were among the majority of queries. However, clerks also handled complaints, lost item reports, mailing of transit schedules, and most other various inquiries.
