My name is Dylan Shepherd. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Science at Griffith University, but my goal is to become a paramedic. By undertaking this degree I plan to gain a foundation for my understanding of health, and develop this knowledge through further studies. I will become a paramedic because after contemplating what profession I could see myself doing for years, I knew that it had to have an impact on the community for the greater and provide me with new challenges to face each day.I would describe myself as a perfectionist, completely unable to help myself from fixing and tweaking until I am content with the work I have done. I am also a creative thinker, preferring to solve problems in ways that I see as efficient, even though it may go against what I am told.
