IT Service Desk•First point of contact for IT customer service to our US based and global user community•Manage ticket escalation; interfacing and learning from senior technical resources from network infrastructure, computer hardware, software, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, video conferencing etc. End User Technical support and service delivery•Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues, both locally at the Afton location, and globally utilizing remote support applications (Bomgar)•Deliver on end user services such as desktop hardware imaging setup, software installation, mobile device management and support• Global WAN network: Point person for monitoring and communicating status of network outages; coordinating support requirements with appropriate vendor
